Section 26
Company seal and its use
: (1) A company that wants to use a seal in its business must make a seal of its name in clearly visible letters.
(2) Reports submitted on behalf of the company using the seal as per sub-section (1), records and business papers used in the name of the company, statements of accounts, bills, invoices, demand order forms, any notices and official publications of the company, exchangeable power of attorney, bill of exchange, promissory note And should be used in official documents corrected or issued on behalf of the company.
(3) If a person does not disclose the name of the company while correcting the documents mentioned in sub-section (2) on behalf of the company, such person shall be personally liable for the same.
